Q: I am not a retailer, I don't sell videos, can I still buy your products?

Yes, you can purchase our videos on Ebay.  Simply visit our Ebay store where we sell to the public (less the wholesale discount).

Q: What is your Return Policy?

All sales should be considered final.  Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

1.  If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us for a refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked.

2.  If the product is defective, you may return it to us for replacement within 30 days of receipt.

You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.

Please note:  Shipping charges are NOT refundable

In either of the two cases above, you must obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning the product. Email customerservice@videosatwholesale.com with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.

If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Call us or Email us at customerservice@videosatwholesale.com for a replacement shipment. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product.

You may also order by email or phone.  If this is a first time order we'll need full address and payment information.  If you would like to use credit card, we'll keep your card on file (only with your permission of course), so the next time you can just email us your order and we'll ship it out.

Q: What type of payment do you require?

Currently we are only accepting PayPal on our internet store.  If you would like to pay using another method, please call us and make arrangements.

All prices are in US Dollars.  All checks and money orders must be in US Dollars drawn on a US Bank. All orders are prepaid.  First time customers must pay by cashiers check, money order or credit card.

International orders  are typically paid for by wire transfer or credit card.
