Drop Ship Program
We can drop ship direct to your customer.
This means we will maintain the video inventory so you don't have to and free up valuable resources for you to use in other areas.
All orders received by Midnight (Central Standard Time) will ship the next day. We will drop ship single or multiple orders. No orders are too large or too small. All orders are blind shipped with your company name on each package. There is no additional charge for drop shipping. You pay only the cost for the videos and shipping costs.
How to open an Account:
You can open an account when you place your first order. You can FAX or email the information and we will setup your account right away. Click here to use our handy-dandy form.
We'll need the following information:
- Company Contact:
- Company Name:
- State Reseller Number:
- Credit Card Number for billing (due with first order). We also accept Paypal.
- Billing address for Credit Card for processing
How to place orders:
Orders can be emailed, faxed or ordered through our secure online shopping cart system.
Be sure to include the following information with each order
- Your Company Name
- Your Customers Name & shipping address
- Product they are ordering
- Shipping method (We will default to the lowest cost shipping method if none is provided)
- Any special shipping instructions
How we fill your orders:
All orders are packed in new boxes or bubble pack envelopes.
- First Class Mail with tracking - orders are shipped in bubble pack envelopes.
- Priority Mail with tracking - orders are shipped in boxes supplied by the Post Office.
- UPS ground - orders are shipped in new brown boxes
Address Labels:
Address labels have your company name on them and your customers 'ship to:' address. Inside the package we include a order fulfillment form that says this is a fulfillment order for your company (we also include all your company information on this form). Our name does not appear anywhere on the package. It is a blind shipment.
Tracking Numbers:
All packages are shipped with tracking numbers. For USPS we use their delivery confirmation service. You will get a "ship alert" email for each package shipped via USPS with the address label information and tracking number. For UPS we will include the tracking number in the email invoice we send you that has your billing information on it.
Invoice and Payment:
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
Disclaimers for our drop shipping service:
At this time, we are offering this service free of charge to our customers. Here are some things to be aware of:.
1. Product inventory: 98% of our videos are in-stock at any given time. When a title is not in-stock due to circumstances beyond our control, we may suggest a substitution. Our inventory through the shopping cart is monitored continually (coming soon). As such, we may still run out of an item during the day and our website will still show it being in stock.
2. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in our program descriptions. Let us know if you see any spelling or other types of mistakes in our listings and we'll correct them.
3. You are responsible for keeping your website site up to date. When items are added or discontinued, you must update your site to reflect any changes.
